SAP Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by selling SAP products and services.
  • Drive business development within the European Union.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and resource departments regarding SAP competencies.
  • Work with the tender department to get the company on vendor lists and start receiving tender invitations.
  • Monitor the implementation of delivery projects with clients, proactively resolve conflicts and issues, and escalate problems to management when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in selling SAP services, products, and solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and sales support for SAP solutions.
  • Experience selling SAP services (e.g., SAP ERP, CRM, BI, AMS, Upgrades, etc.).
  • Strong networking skills and an inclusive mindset to establish, maintain, and leverage both formal and informal communication channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for working with team members and potential clients.
  • Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
  • English at B2+ level.

Nice to Have

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP certifications and/or project management certifications.
