Junior SAP Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Assist companies in setting up, customizing, and maintaining their business processes.
  • Convert business requirements into SAP solutions and act as a bridge between the technical side and the business side.
  • Study business processes and collaborate with various teams to understand how Professional Services projects are sold, planned, staffed, managed, and measured.
  • Configure and tailor SAP products — such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and others — to support Professional Services operations.
  • Run, test, and log business processes to develop and produce marketing and demo content.
  • Offer continuous support, stepping in when something isn’t working or needs improvement.

Required Skills

  • English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with strong spoken communication skills to take part in meetings with English-speaking clients.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts: IT project delivery process, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and methodologies.
  • Higher education in IT, economics, or finance.
  • Business analysis skills (engaging with stakeholders to outline business process flows), gained through work experience or university studies.
